Deposits paid when booking are non refundable. Once paid they can only be transferred one time outside of the below cancellation policy. If canceling and rescheduling within the week of your appointment occurs more than once guest will lose the initial deposit paid and will be required to pay another deposit to rebook. My cancellation policy is as stated: I require more than 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Canceling within the above stated timeframe will result in loss of deposit paid or 50% charge of the total service scheduled via the card on file. Cancelations and no shows are unacceptable for my business as they cause my business a total loss of revenue and are unfair to other guests and myself.
